Friendly reminder to GOP: No earpieces in the debates, please.

The subject of whether or not Dubya was wearing an earpiece at a 2004 presidential debate with John Kerry is certainly in question, as you'll see in this video.

Note his head & shoulder mannerisms, and how he proclaims (after saying nothing at all, except for fumbled words): "Let me finish!"

Hello? Aren't there rules at these things? It's all VERY suspect, if you ask me.

If it's ever proven that Bush did in fact wear such a thing in one of the debates, it could guillotine an already destroyed legacy...however where it begs an interesting question is with the upcoming Veep debate.

If Palin is as clueless and flustered as she appears to be in a simple interview, it might be something to look for in a debate with Joe Biden...something to think about. Everyone bring your radio jamming devices!

Anyone have a read on this vid? After a few more looks, I'm wondering if it was some wiz's editing job...hard to tell. Part of my issue is that I simply don't remember any of these debates at all, which has me wondering if I watched them as all at the time. Nevertheless, the question of the ear device still stands.

Yeah, my first impression is that it is a bunch of clips put together. You never know what people will do! That goes for both sides (meaning the video editors and the campaigners...although I have to say that I think Obama has excellent ethics.
